  • Renting event decor from us is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our selection of event decor items, including architectural structures, accent decor and backdrops. Once you've chosen the items that match your event's style and theme, check our calendar for product availability. It's a hassle-free way to elevate your event's atmosphere with our beautiful decor.

  • Yes.  You are responsible for coming prepared for pick up. This means blankets  and tie downs. All measurements are provided on our web site so you can verify items will fit in your vehicle.

    For Weekend Rentals:

    Will call pick up is on Fridays from 10-11 AM. Return is on Mondays from 10-11 AM. There is no extra charge for the additional time out on these rentals. If these days/times do not work we can typically adjust and set up alternate days/times.

    For Weekday Rentals:

    We will do our best to accommodate any special needs  pick ups or deliveries.

    All items need to be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • We understand that accidents happen but If an item does break or is damaged the maximum fee is four times the rental cost. If an item goes missing the maximum fee is 10 times the rental cost. We reserve the right to determine the fee and charge the credit card on file.

  • The rental rate covers 3 days.

  • For an additional fee, we offer delivery, set up and take down services in the Waukesha County area. Special arrangements can be made if outside that area. Please contact us for more details.

  • Yes, you can view our event decor items in person before making a rental decision. Please contact us to schedule your visit and take the first step toward creating a stunning event decor setup.

  • Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve our items for your event. We also require a signed rental agreement with credit card information for incidentals.
